Flower Fairy - FTU

What you will need:

Tube of choice, I used the artwork of Sonia Roji. Purchase her work at My PSP Tubes
Scrapkit used 'Carefree' by Cora's Creations. Download the kit HERE
Fonts used - LainieDays

Plugin used:
EC 4 Gradient Glow.

Let's get started....remember to save often!!
This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.

Open a new image 600x460. Flood fill with white. Copy&paste frame 1 as a new layer. Resize it by 85%.
With the magic wand, click inside it, selections-modify-expand by 5.
Copy&paste pp10. Selections-invert and hit delete. Deselect and move the paper below the frame.

Copy&paste the grass as a new layer. Resize it by 95%. With the selection tool, remove the excess grass from the side
of the frame. Duplicate the grass, move this layer between the paper and the frame. Move it up a little bit.

Copy&paste the wind as a new layer, resize it by 50%, place where desired.
Copy&paste the doodle, resize it by 50%, place it to the bottom left side of the frame. Move this layer to the bottom.
Duplicate it, image-mirror, image-flip.
Add the cloud and resize it by 95%. Move it below the doodles.
Add the beads and resize them by 70%. Image-rotate, rotate them to the left by 90 degrees.
Place them to the top left side of the frame. Duplicate them, image-mirror, image-flip.

Select the frame, add the ribbons and flowers. Resize them to your liking.
Add the tube, resize it if needed. Move it to the left side of the frame.
Add your name and apply ec4 gradeint glow.
Drop shadow all the layers and add the copyright info.
Save as PNG and your done!
